Please call our Customer Services Team on 01924 461 665 or email us at sales@ella-mattress.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
In the unlikely event your are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will arrange collection with a fee of £39.99. The mattress cannot be rolled back into the original box so all we ask is that you pop it back into the polythene inner wrapper and we will arrange a courier company to collect it.
Refunds will be expected within 48 hours of receiving your mattress.
